Foam or spring? This is one of the most common questions, but of course the answer is not that simple, as it matters a lot what kind of mattress you currently have at home and what the customer is used to. Essentially, the brand does not determine the suitability of the mattress. We recommend purchasing a firmer mattress, as it can be made more comfortable later (with a topper). Mattress buying cannot be "one-size-fits-all"; everyone should choose a mattress individually, adapting to their life situation, physical needs, and characteristics. We recommend toppers exclusively for increasing comfort.

If you choose a firmer mattress that presses against your hips or shoulders, a quality topper can improve your comfort. Your spine will still receive optimal support, but your hips and shoulders will experience a more comfortable, restful time on the mattress.

Of course, yes, it's worth it, as it's easier to wash than a mattress cover. What's more, it excellently absorbs the moisture generated during the night – which our body releases due to its basic functions/illness/sweating. A mattress protector is especially important for young children due to night-time accidents. The waterproof mattress protector was developed for this purpose.

Since these beds still need mattresses, we recommend the Hardbox bed. This is because mattresses require firm support, which the Hardbox bed provides, as the top of this bed is firm.

In contrast to the Boxspring, since Boxspring beds contain bonnell springs in their structure, firm support is not achieved. In terms of appearance, there is no difference between the two bed types.

We are proponents of taller mattresses. Taller support = greater comfort. This applies to both pocket spring mattresses and cold foam mattresses. Our experience shows that a mattress at least 20 cm high is ideal, but purchases indicate that more and more people are also looking for mattresses that are 25-30 cm high.

Rotating is unavoidable! We recommend it every 1-2 months. We recommend a hard, straight support because sleeping on the mattress from above presses and dimples the affected side, but the bottom of the mattress remains straight, and after turning over we get an even surface again. Rotating makes the mattress more comfortable and lasts longer.

Wool is a natural material that has been used for thousands of years, both in clothing and for sleeping.

Our bodies still react to external influences in the same way as they did in previous millennia: they sweat, they get cold, they feel hot. Wool helps our sleep comfort; it is an excellent moisture and heat conductor (and regulator). Furthermore, it is also an extremely good thermal insulator.

Due to its breathability, it helps to avoid excessive sweating and the development of unpleasant odors, and it inhibits the proliferation of bacteria and mites. It also has beneficial effects on the environment. You don't have to worry about microplastic emissions that would harm nature.
