What mattress do you recommend?
Foam or spring? This is one of the most common questions, but of course the answer is not that simple, as it depends a lot on what kind of mattress is currently at home and what the customer is used to. Essentially, the brand does not determine the suitability of the mattress. We recommend purchasing a firmer mattress, as it can be made more comfortable later on (with a topper). Mattress shopping cannot be "template-like"; everyone should choose a mattress individually, adapting to their life situation, physical needs, and attributes. Of course, we are happy to help with this (too).

What is a mattress topper good for?
We recommend toppers exclusively for increasing comfort.
If you choose a firmer mattress that presses against your hips or shoulders, a quality topper can improve your comfort. Your spine will still receive optimal support, but the time spent on the mattress will be more comfortable and restful for your hips and shoulders.

Should I use a mattress protector:
Yes, it's definitely worth it, as it's easier to wash than a mattress cover. Furthermore, it excels at absorbing moisture generated during the night – which our bodies naturally emit due to illness or sweating. A mattress protector is especially important for young children due to nighttime accidents. The waterproof mattress protector was developed specifically for this purpose.

Should I buy a hardbox bed or a boxspring?
Since these beds still need mattresses, we recommend the Hardbox bed. Mattresses require firm support, and the Hardbox bed provides this as its top is hard.
Unlike the Boxspring, because Boxspring beds contain Bonnell springs in their structure, firm support is not achieved. In terms of appearance, there is no difference between the two bed types.

We are proponents of taller mattresses. Taller support = greater comfort. This applies to pocket spring mattresses and cold foam mattresses alike. Our experience shows that a minimum mattress height of 20 cm is ideal, but purchasing trends indicate that more and more people are looking for mattresses that are 25-30 cm high as well.

Should I rotate the mattress?
Rotating is unavoidable! We recommend it every 1-2 months. We recommend a hard, straight support because sleeping on the mattress from above presses and dimples the affected side, but the bottom of the mattress remains straight, and after turning over we get an even surface again. Rotating makes the mattress more comfortable and lasts longer.

Why wool? Isn't that just for older people?
Wool is a natural material that has been used for thousands of years, both in clothing and for sleep.
Our body still reacts to external influences in the same way as in previous millennia: it sweats, it gets cold, it gets hot. Wool helps our sleep comfort, it is an excellent moisture and heat conductor (and regulator). What's more, it is also an extremely good thermal insulator.
It keeps you warm on cold winter nights, yet it can release heat, keeping you cool in summer. Its breathability helps prevent excessive sweating and the formation of unpleasant odors, and it inhibits the proliferation of bacteria and mites. It also has a beneficial effect on the environment. You don't have to worry about microplastic emissions that would harm nature.
