If you choose a firmer mattress that puts pressure on your hips or shoulders, a quality mattress topper can improve your comfort. Your spine will retain optimal support, but your hips and shoulders will experience a more comfortable and restful time on the mattress.

Naturally, yes, it's worth it, as it's easier to wash than a mattress cover. Moreover, it perfectly absorbs the moisture generated during the night – emitted by our body due to natural processes/illness/sweating. We are advocates of taller mattresses. Taller support = greater comfort. This applies to both spring mattresses and cold foam mattresses. Based on our experience, a minimum height of 20 cm is ideal for a mattress, but sales figures show that more and more people are looking for mattresses that are 25-30 cm tall.

Rotating is unavoidable! We recommend it every 1-2 months. We recommend a hard, straight support because sleeping on the mattress from above presses and dimples the affected side, but the bottom of the mattress remains straight, and after turning over we get an even surface again.
